Meghan Turquette – PT, DPT
Meghan Turquette – PT, DPT
Meghan Turquette joined Therapy Excellence Physical Therapy with a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of her patients and their families. She first discovered her love for the profession while working in a Pediatric physical therapy clinic in Austin, Texas, where she witnessed the profound, life-changing impact that physical therapy can have not only on children but also on their families and the broader community.
After completing her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University, Meghan married her husband, Jarod, in 2020. The couple then moved to the DFW area, where Meghan attended Physical Therapy school at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Irving.
Meghan chose to join Therapy Excellence because of the clinic’s strong impact on the community. While deciding where to begin her career as a physical therapist, she spoke with a family from her church about their experiences with local clinics. They praised Therapy Excellence for its intentionality during treatment, and Meghan knew then that this was the team she wanted to be part of.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys going on coffee dates with friends, baking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, Streamer.
Brooke Pusic – PT, DPT
Brooke Pusic – PT, DPT
Brooke was first drawn to physical therapy as a profession while on her own recovery journey after she broke her foot while tumbling at cheer practice in high school. She realized that she could combine her love for learning about exercise, physiology, and human anatomy with the desire to help people live an active, healthy lifestyle.
After receiving her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!) Brooke attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. There she served as president of the Student Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Association. After graduation, she moved to the DFW area where she joined the Therapy Excellence team.
Brooke is currently working on her COMT (certified orthopedic manual therapist) and Dry Needling certification.
Brooke loves treating patients of all ages who want to return to recreational/competitive sports, or get back to an active lifestyle overall. Having a personal background in soccer, cheerleading/tumbling, and running, it's always fun to work with patients who have similar interests.
Brooke chose to become part of the Therapy Excellence team because the company centers itself around quality, loving care. Each person that is part of the team adds to the encouraging and uplifting environment, and she knew she wanted to be part of the family to help extend the quality care to all patients.
Outside of work, Brooke loves to hike, travel, explore coffee shops, and do anything active and outdoors. Especially when it can involve her Golden Doodle, Peach!
