J. Seth Elliott – PT, DPT

Seth was first drawn to the impact of physical therapy when he attended the opening of the Center for the Intrepid in San Antonio with his father. This recovery center, dedicated to helping injured soldiers returning from overseas sparked his passion for rehabilitation and helping others recover from serious injuries.

Seth earned his bachelor's degree in Rehabilitative Sciences from the University of the Incarnate Word, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Seth feels a strong calling to work with the amputee population and feels deeply connected to serving this community. Additionally, Seth enjoys treating sports-related injuries, including ankle fractures, sprains, and shoulder or elbow injuries.

Seth chose to join the Therapy Excellence team because of its welcoming atmosphere, opportunities for hands-on experience with manual therapy, and the chance to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, playing disc golf, swimming, and playing pickle-ball with friends and family. He also enjoys video games and is actively involved in his church group.
