Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Full time and Part Time Positions Available

Responsibilities:

  • PTs are expected to treat a full caseload of approximately 10 patients per day

  • Evaluate each patient using appropriate assessment tests and measurements, including appropriate tests and measurements

  • Identify functional problems, and create a comprehensive and specific plan of care

  • Set specific and measurable goals in collaboration with patient and/or caregiver.

  • Initiate therapy discharge planning in collaboration with team, the patient and family or caregiver based on prognosis and goal achievement.

  • Complete patient documentation timely, code optimally and bill ethically using WebPT

    Qualifications and Skills:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of Texas

  • One or more years of clinical experience preferred

  • Experience using manual therapy techniques

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Problem solving and time management skills

  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, basic leadership skills and an ability to teach others
