Jacky Arrow was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She spent most of her childhood either on the slopes of her local ski hill or in the gym as a competitive gymnast. She was drawn to the field of physical therapy as a result of the empowering treatment that she received from physical therapists for her own injuries and attended Ithaca College where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009.

In 2011, Jacky and her husband relocated to Fort Worth when he was stationed here while on active duty. Since relocating, Jacky has become a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy in 2013, as well as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist in 2017. She is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

Jacky has a particular interest in working with patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. She is passionate about coming alongside her patients to help them achieve their individual goals and improve their overall health and wellness.

Outside of the clinic, Jacky enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids. They enjoy traveling, finding new and delicious places to eat, and working out at the local CrossFit affiliate where they both coach.
