Business Office Coordinator
Full time and Part Time positions available in multiple clinic locations
Responsibilities:
- Efficient (and accurate) computer and communication skills
- Greeting patients with a warm/friendly demeanor
- Answer all incoming calls
- Call referrals to schedule new patient appointments
- Check-in patients and collect all applicable copays, deductibles, or co-insurance
- Enter and scan all new patient information and paperwork
- Confirm next-day appointments
- Schedule follow-up appointments for all established patients
- Communicate with other healthcare provider offices as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- One year of medical front office experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills (at least one year of experience preferred)
- Efficient computer and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and provide resolutions
- Must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
