Business Office Coordinator

Full time and Part Time positions available in multiple clinic locations

Responsibilities:

  • Efficient (and accurate) computer and communication skills

  • Greeting patients with a warm/friendly demeanor

  • Answer all incoming calls

  • Call referrals to schedule new patient appointments

  • Check-in patients and collect all applicable copays, deductibles, or co-insurance

  • Enter and scan all new patient information and paperwork

  • Confirm next-day appointments

  • Schedule follow-up appointments for all established patients

  • Communicate with other healthcare provider offices as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • One year of medical front office experience (preferred)

  • Strong customer service skills (at least one year of experience preferred)

  • Efficient computer and communication skills

  • Ability to problem solve and provide resolutions

  • Must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
