Business Office Coordinator
Full time and Part Time positions available in multiple clinic locations
Responsibilities:
Efficient (and accurate) computer and communication skills
Greeting patients with a warm/friendly demeanor
Answer all incoming calls
Call referrals to schedule new patient appointments
Check-in patients and collect all applicable copays, deductibles, or co-insurance
Enter and scan all new patient information and paperwork
Confirm next-day appointments
Schedule follow-up appointments for all established patients
Communicate with other healthcare provider offices as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
One year of medical front office experience (preferred)
Strong customer service skills (at least one year of experience preferred)
Efficient computer and communication skills
Ability to problem solve and provide resolutions
Must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
