Zachary Woods was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2007, Zach journeyed to Texas to attend Baylor University in Waco, Texas. After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree and meeting his future bride, he moved to Fort Worth where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Zach has a passion for learning and continuing to develop his practice to be the best physical therapy he can be. Since graduating from physical therapy school he has attended several intensive manual therapy continuing education courses to further his skills. He is also Dry Needling certified. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve their goals and empowering his patients to take control of their health and wellness. It brings him joy to help his patients achieve milestones they never thought possible. He believes that collaborative teamwork, a positive, encouraging environment and evidence based practice provides the optimal outcomes for his patients. He is currently pursuing his Orthopedic Specialist Certification through the ABPTS. 

He is blessed with a beautiful wife, Clare and son, Parker. He is involved with his local church and community. His hobbies include exercise, golf, random trivia and learning, basketball, cooking elaborate meals, and enjoying his family.
