Kory Lancaster is a Texas native whose passion for sports and aviation was ignited early in life. He spent his childhood on the fields, courts, and diamonds of Lake Worth. As a multi-sport athlete, he struggled with recurrent ankle injuries which caused him to develop an appreciation for the transformative power of rehabilitation. This led him into the rewarding field of physical therapy.

As an undergraduate, Kory felt a call to service resulting in 9 years active duty in the USAF as an Airborne Korean Linguist with various assignments across the US and Asia. He served as a unit physical training leader and as a player/coach for intramural football, soccer, basketball, and softball. Additionally, he became a CF Level 1 Trainer and was selected to establish a military-operated CrossFit facility empowering 400+ service members achieve their functional fitness goals.

Kory graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018. He spends his free time with his wife and two daughters, coaching youth sports at his local YMCA, and playing the guitar and piano.
