Cherie Gilliland is a Mansfield native. She is an athlete to the core, winning the state powerlifting championship and earning the distinction as an All District setter at Timberview High School. Then, multiple heart surgeries cut her collegiate volleyball career short.
Cherie continued to coach but returned to Arlington to complete her undergraduate coursework. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2008. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Cherie’s areas of interest include spinal pain, total knee replacements and ACL rehabilitation. She utilizes the McKenzie approach to help clients manage and resolve spinal pain. She says her treatment is always grounded in her core value of “helping people become their best.”
Cherie enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband are raising their four children in the home Cherie grew up in. They have deep roots in the Mansfield community and a love for this city.
