Dr. Abigail Minnerly was drawn to the field of physical therapy by a lifelong fascination with the human body—its resilience, its capacity for healing, and the intricacies of movement. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in 2019, she gained valuable experience as a Licensed Athletic Trainer for the Texas Tech Track and Field team before pursuing further education.

In May of 2023, Abigail proudly earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. With a particular interest in sports medicine and rehabilitation, Abigail is passionate about assisting athletes in reclaiming their full potential and returning to their chosen activities. While specializing in lower extremity injuries, she is dedicated to providing holistic care to patients from all walks of life and with various conditions, constantly seeking to expand expertise, particularly in neurological and vestibular disorders.

Joining the Therapy Excellence team was a natural fit for Abigail, who was attracted by the clinic's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care. At Therapy Excellence, every patient receives personalized attention and comprehensive treatment, ensuring optimal outcomes and a restored quality of life.

Outside of work, Abigail finds joy in spending time outdoors, whether hiking trails or enjoying the company of Bear, a 4-year-old Great Pyrenees. She is excited to be part of the Therapy Excellence family, where they can continue to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives, one step at a time.
